Community Partnerships - Essential to Our Success!
We know our success is deeply rooted in the partnerships we have cultivated during our short history as a community-based nonprofit. All of these organizations share a common interest in fighting poverty throughout the Portland tri-county area. Each agency has partnered with CASH Oregon to help put millions of dollars back into the pockets of the working families and individuals by way of federal and state tax refunds.

Our Partnership with AARP Tax-Aide
CASH Oregon is pleased to partner with AARP's Tax-Aide Program to deliver free tax preparation throughout Oregon. Tax-Aide brings more than 20 years of experience providing free tax preparation services to thousands of Oregonians through a grant from the IRS and AARP Foundation.
The all-volunteer organization provides income tax law training each year to hundreds of individuals, all of whom must pass IRS certification requirements to prepare basic tax returns. With the resources of our members and staff here at CASH Oregon, together we will be able to expand volunteer recruitment, arrange for training facilities, and work to identify additional tax preparation sites.
This partnership also allows Tax-Aide to focus on what it does best—training volunteer tax preparers and operating sites to provide a top notch service for all eligible taxpayers.
